The purpose of this survey is to provide the Wholicious Living audience with a venue to give feedback about their experience with the newsletter; provide feedback on the type of articles that are issued every month and what type of content users would like to see in Wholicious Living. The survey was created by the communications team at Sanitarium Health Food Company through SurveyMonkey.

You are invited to participate in this survey because you are subscribed to Wholicious Living, our monthly health and nutrition newsletter. Your participation in this research survey is voluntary and you may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw at any time. The survey takes approximately five minutes.

Your responses are confidential and we do not collect identifying information such as your name details, email address or IP address.

There is a separate short survey at the end of the research survey (which you will have the option to access via a link) if you wish to go in the draw to win one of 10 $50 Visa gift cards. This separate competition survey is unique to the prize draw and will ask for your details such as name, email address and one survey question. This is so we can contact you if you are one of the winners of the gift cards. The contact details provided are not related to the original survey and in no way can be linked back to your survey answers.

The questions in this survey will also include demographic questions that we believe will help us in conducting this research such as age, gender, occupation and household. It also includes questions that may be deemed sensitive for some users, however you have the option to not respond. These include questions about any medical conditions, nutrition, overall health, fitness and diet. As an online health and nutrition publishing platform, we believe this information will help us in providing the best possible experience for our users. It is up to you if you wish to provide information on these topics.
