Eleven suppliers across Australia, New Zealand and Asia were physically audited over the last 12 months, three less than previous years due to travel restrictions and less new suppliers reducing our requirements.
Quality Notifications were in line with the previous best year (the 2018-19 financial year). In New Zealand, 93%
of all raw ingredients specifications were agreed and signed by suppliers meaning they meet our high standards for quality ingredient supply.
