  • 200g dry spaghetti
  • 1 large broccoli head, cut into small florets
  • 1 tbs oil
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2-3 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp powdered vegetable stock
  • 1 tbs lemon rind, grated (about 2 lemons)
  • 5 tbs lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • salt and pepper to taste (optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • crumbled feta to garnish (optional)
