Marmite, garlic and soy tofu skewers served with steamed brown rice and vegetables.

  • 3 tbs sesame oil 
  • 1 tbs salt reduced soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp Marmite 
  • 1 tsp white vinegar 
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • ½ tsp honey 
  • freshly ground black pepper 
  • 400g firm tofu, cut into cubes  

 

To serve 

  • 2 cups steamed brown rice 
  • 4 cups steamed vegetables 
  • ½ cup fresh coriander, roughly chopped 
  • 2 spring onion, thinly sliced
