  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 4 cups chopped stir-fry vegetables
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
