- 3 cups ground almonds
- 1/3 cup So Good Oat No Added Sugar Milk
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup currants
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp mixed spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup melted white chocolate
Step 1
Place all the ball ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine.Step 2
Form the mixture into balls and place onto a lined plate.Step 3
Drizzle the melted white chocolate on top.Step 4
Place in the fridge to become firm.
