Strawberry nice cream

    This nice cream perfect for a healthy snack or dessert. A guilt free alternative to your traditional ice cream.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
    • 3 frozen bananas, chopped
    • 1/2 cup So Good™ Oat No Added Sugar Milk
    • 1 tsp vanilla essence
    • 1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts (optional)


    Method

    1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    2. Scoop into waffle cones or cups. Top with chopped cashew nuts.

    Tips

    • As bananas become overripe, peel and place in the freezer. Frozen banana gives nice cream its smooth creamy texture.
    • Use fresh or frozen strawberries for this recipe
