So Good berry fresh protein smoothie bowl

    A delicious, fresh smoothie bowl combining the goodness of oats with the taste of So Good!

    Ingredients

    Smoothie:
    • 1 cup frozen berries
    • 1 banana
    • 1 cup So Good High Protein Almond Milk
    • 1/4 cup rolled oats
    • 1 tsp honey (optional)

    Toppings:
    • 1 tbs Chia Seeds + 1/2 cup So Good Almond Milk Original
    • 1/4 cup rolled oats
    • 2 tsp flax seeds
    • Chia seeds (dry for garnish)
    • 1 kiwi and 2/3 peach (or other seasonal fruits)

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Soak chia seeds in 1/4 cup So Good Almond Milk and put aside for at least 15 minutes (best results if soaked overnight).
    2. Step 2

      Blend together frozen berries, banana, So Good Almond Milk and rolled oats (and optional honey).
    3. Step 3

      Pour smoothie into bowl and add pre-soaked chia seeds on top.
    4. Step 4

      Now arrange seasonal fruits and oats on top, then sprinkle flaxseeds and chia seeds all over.
