- 1 caffeine-free black tea bag
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom pods, crushed
- 3 whole star anise
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 thumb fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup So Good Extra Creamy Chilled Oat Milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- Ground cinnamon, a pinch to sprinkle on top

Step 1
Add the tea bag, cloves, cardamom, star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon, ginger and water into a small saucepan. Bring to the boil then lower the heat and gently simmer for 5 minutes until spices and tea have infused into the water.Step 2
Add in the milk and maple syrup and bring to a gentle boil. Remove from heat just as it starts to foam and rise.Step 3
Pour into 2 mugs through a small strainer. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Enjoy immediately.
