Crunchy Marmite croutons

    Great to keep on hand for snacks, or enjoy with your favourite soup or in a crouton salad.


    • 4 x ½ cm slices of ciabatta or french baguette
    • 2 tbs Marmite™
    • ¼ cup edam cheese, grated


    1. Preheat oven to 160°C.
    2. Lay bread slices on a baking tray.
    3. Spread each piece with Marmite™ covering all of the bread. Sprinkle over grated cheese.
    4. Bake in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted and bread has turned golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut into pieces and store in airtight containers.
