Step 1
Place almonds onto a tray and roast in a moderate oven, 180°C, for 10 minutes. Cool.Step 2
Place almonds in a food processor and process until 'meal' like. Add cinnamon.Step 3
Continue to process until the desired consistency is reached.
Tips
- Use a food processor with a good quality motor for the best results.
- Homemade almond butter can be stored up to 4 weeks in fridge (but will only last that long if you hide it from the kids!).
