Chocolate caramel smoothie

    A delicious sweet treat loaded with healthy ingredients for a boost of protein and fibre.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • 2 medjool dates
    • 1 Tbsp cacao powder, or to taste
    • 1/4 cup raw, unsalted, macadamia nuts
    • pinch sea salt
    • 1 cup ice

    Method

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender jug and puree until smooth and creamy.
    2. Serve immediately.

    Tips

    • If prepared in advance, store smoothie in a covered container in the fridge.
