Charred corn on cob

    Barbequed or chargrilled corn takes on a lightly charred exterior with a smoky flavour and juicy filling. It’s a simple but fabulous addition to your family meal or BBQ.

    • 4 cobs corn, husk removed
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (optional)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Brush corn with oil and place on preheated BBQ or chargrill.
    2. Cook for 10 minutes turning frequently until tender and lightly charred.
    3. Sprinkle with dill and salt. Makes 4.
