Carrot cake protein smoothie

    If only you could start your day with a piece of cake. Well this delicious carrot cake smoothie is the next best thing!

     

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup So Good High Protein Almond Milk
    • 1 banana
    • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
    • 1 tbs flax seed
    • 2 tsp maple syrup (or to taste)
    • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 tbs Vanilla plant based protein powder (optional)

    Method

    1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
    2. Serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
