Breakfast Berry Crumble

    Perfect for dessert or even a weekend brunch, this berry crumble is both tart and sweet with an irresistible crispy topping.  

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups of frozen berries of choice 
    • 1 tbs of orange juice 
    • 2 cups Sanitarium™ Light ‘n’ Tasty™ Blueberry & Almond 
    • 4 tbs margarine (softened) 
    • 3 tbs coconut flour 
    • To serve: 4 tbs low-fat, unsweetened Greek yoghurt 

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Preheat oven to 170oC.
    2. Step 2

      Place frozen berries in a 23 cm pie dish
    3. Step 3

      Drizzle orange juice over berries
    4. Step 4

      In a separate bowl, combine Sanitarium Light ‘n’ Tasty, margarine and flour
    5. Step 5

      Top berries with the cereal mixture
    6. Step 6

      Bake for 10-12 minutes at 170OC or until the berries are bubbling and the topping is golden.
    7. Step 7

      Serve with low fat, unsweetened Greek yoghurt.
