Apple pie smoothie

    This fresh, delicious smoothie treat made with So Good™ soy milk is inspired by comfort food and tastes just like apple pie.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup spinach
    • 1 stick celery 
    • 1 green apple
    • 1 banana
    • 1 tbs rolled oats
    • 1 tbs walnuts
    • 1 cup So Good™ Regular soy milk
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tbs apple syrup
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 8 ice cubes

    Method

    Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. 

    Tips

    Apple juice can be substituted for apple syrup.
