    Try this refreshing breakfast acai bowl, topped with Sanitarium™ Low GI Granola™. You can replace the grapes with other low GI options like strawberries or plums, depending on what’s in season, and to your taste!

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup coconut water
    • 1 frozen ripe banana
    • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
    • 2 tsp freeze-dried açaí powder
    • 1 cup (100g) Sanitarium™ Low GI Granola Strawberry and Coconut
    • 12 grapes, halved
    • 2 tsp chia seeds
    • Edible flowers to garnish (optional)

    Method

    1. Place first 4 ingredients in blender and blitz until smooth.
    2. Pour into a bowl and top with granola, grapes, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
