Ingredients
- 1 pack Vegie Delights™ Thick BBQ Sausages
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 large wholemeal baguette
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
Spicy Sauce
- 3 tbs hot chilli sauce
- ½ lime, juiced
Kimchi Slaw
- 1 cup vegetarian kimchi, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 cup grated purple radish
- 1 cup each grated purple and white cabbage
- 4 shallots, white and green parts, chopped
- 2 tbs fresh coriander leaves plus extra for garnish

Method
- For the slaw, combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season with pepper to taste. Let rest for 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chilli sauce and lime juice to taste.
- Preheat frypan or BBQ plate to medium heat. Add oil and cook Thick BBQ Sausages 6-7 minutes. Set aside and keep warm. Cut baguette into 5 pieces, and slice each, part way from the top, to create rolls. Add rolls to pan and cook for approx. 30 seconds or until warm.
- Top each hot dog roll with a Thick BBQ Sausage, slaw and drizzle of spicy sauce. Garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips
Use leftover slaw for lunches the next day.
