These tasty burgers will hit the spot for a quick weeknight dinner with tasty toppings to let kids build their own. They are rich in protein which, as part of a healthy diet and active lifestyle, can help support healthy muscles, plus provide a good source of iron.   • 4 x wholemeal burger buns
  • 1 large carrot, julienned or grated
  • 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 tbs light mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (1 tbs)
  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
