An easy plant-based swap for all your chicken favourites, our Chicken Style Fillets are perfect skewered on the grill, tossed in stir fries or in your favourite wrap. A source of protein and iron with no artificial flavours or colours, you’ll be wondering how you’ve been cooking without them this whole time.
Chicken Style Fillets
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove packaging, place Tender Fillets on a non-stick oven tray. Cook for 15 mins, turning over half way through.
Stove top: Remove packaging, place Tender Fillets in shallow frying pan. Cook for 10 mins, turning over during cooking.
Make sure the product is heated thoroughly and evenly before eating. Over cooking toughens and dries.
