Place the So Good Almond Vanilla, raw sugar, and 1/4 cup of young coconut in a blender and blend until smooth.Step 2
Mix the blended mix with the sweet mung bean and shredded young coconut.Step 3
Place into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight.
