Munggo Popsicle

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cup So Good Almond Vanilla
    • 1/4 cup young coconut
    • 5 Tbs sweet red mung bean
    • 5 Tbs shredded young coconut
    • 2 Tbs raw sugar

    Method

    1. Step 1

      Place the So Good Almond Vanilla, raw sugar, and 1/4 cup of young coconut in a blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Step 2

      Mix the blended mix with the sweet mung bean and shredded young coconut.
    3. Step 3

      Place into a popsicle mold and freeze overnight.
