- 1 packet Vegie Delights Thick BBQ Sausage
- 1 tbs reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 tsp seeded mustard
- 5 wholemeal/multigrain bread, sliced down the middle
- ¹⁄4 cup (60ml) tomato chutney
- 1 cup rocket leaves

- Heat a frypan or BBQ on high heat and cook Vegie Delights Thick BBQ Sausage for 5 minutes,
turning frequently for even cooking. - Whilst sausages are cooking, whisk together
mayonnaise and seeded mustard in a small bowl and set aside. - Once sausages are ready, open up the rolls, , spread with mustard mayo, fill with rocket leaves and Vegie Delights Thick BBQ Sausage, top with tomato chutney and serve.
