Raspberries and cream cheese on Weet-Bix™

    Try this delicious Weet-Bix™ snack.


    • 4 Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits or Weet-Bix™ Gluten Free
    • 4 tbsp reduced fat cream cheese
    • 4 tsp low sugar raspberry jam
    • 1 cup fresh raspberries


    1. Place the Weet-Bix™ wheat biscuits on a clean dry board.
    2. Spread each one with a little cream cheese. Top with a spoonful of raspberry jam.
    3. Serve immediately with extra jam and fresh raspberries, if available.


    • Weet-Bix™ Gluten Free makes the perfect substitute for this topping idea.
    • Thick Greek yoghurt can be used instead of cream cheese if desired.
    • Top with toasted pumpkin seeds as an extra source of protein.
