- 1 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, soaked in water overnight
- ½ cup So Good Almond Milk Unsweetened
- ¼ cup light olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lemon, juiced
1. Drain macadamia nuts.
2. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
