- 1 cup So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup low fat natural or Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana or 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 2 tsp honey, optional
- 1/2 cup granola or toasted muesli
Yoghurt, mixed berry & granola smoothie
A delicious blend of frozen mixed berries, yoghurt & granola, makes a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert.
- Place all ingredients, except granola, into a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a glass or bowl. Stir through granola (or sprinkle over top) and serve with a spoon.
