Gingerbread Smoothie

    Combining the spicy warmth of cinnamon, ginger and cloves with the creaminess of So Good Almond Unsweetened milk and frozen bananas, this gingerbread smoothie is sure to become a Christmas morning classic.


    • 1 frozen banana, large
    • ​1 Medjool date, pitted
    • 1 tbsp Sanitarium Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter
    • 1 tbsp molasses
    • ½ tsp cinnamon
    • ½ tsp ginger
    • 1/8 tsp cloves
    • 2 cups So Good Almond Unsweetened milk
    • 1 cup ice


    1. Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker. Process until smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
