- 4 x ½ cm slices of ciabatta or french baguette
- 2 tbs Marmite™
- ¼ cup edam cheese,grated
Crunchy Marmite croutons
Great to keep on hand for snacks, enjoy with your favourite soup or in a crouton salad.
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Lay bread slices on a baking tray.
- Spread each piece with Marmite™ covering all of the bread. Sprinkle over grated cheese.
- Bake in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes until cheese has melted and bread has turned golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Cut into pieces and store in airtight containers.
