BLAT Sandwich

    Taking a one way trip to flavour town with this plant-based BLAT Sandwich. Made with our Bacon Style Rashers, this hearty meal is a handful in the best way possible!


    • 4 Vegie Delights Bacon Style Rashers
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 1/2 avocado, sliced
    • 1 medium tomato, sliced
    • mixed greens or cos lettuce leaves
    • 2 Turkish bread rolls, toasted
    • mayonnaise & mustard


    1. Preheat a non-stick frypan to medium. Drizzle in oil and cook Bacon Style Rashers for 2 - 3 minutes, or until golden on both sides. Transfer to a plate.
    2. Spread bottom roll with mustard. Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, Bacon Style Rashers, mayonnaise and top roll. Serve immediately.
