- 2 Weet-Bix
- 1/2 cup milk, So Good milk, or reduced fat natural yoghurt
Toppings
- Apple slices, strawberries, blueberries
- Pecans, slivered almonds
Method
Step 1
Place two Weet-Bix in a shallow bowl.Step 2
Arrange two apple slices on one Weet-Bix, skin-side touching, to make butterfly wings. Slice four blueberries in half, and place on the apple slices as spots.Step 3
Cut a strawberry, tip to base, into four slices. Pair cut slices and end slices, and arrange pointed end in on the other Weet-Bix, to make butterfly wings.Step 4
Line up blueberries to create caterpillars.Step 5
Place a pecan in the centre of each butterfly, as a body. Slivered almonds can be used to make antennae on the butterflies and caterpillars, if desired.Step 6
Serve with milk or yoghurt.
