Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Beetroot juice
- 1 cup So Good Oat Milk No Added Sugar

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.Step 2
Transfer to fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.Step 3
Serve with fresh fruit and granola. Serves 2.
