Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cacao butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Sanitarium™ peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup raw buckwheat
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Place cacao butter in a glass bowl and place over simmering water in saucepan. Heat until just melted.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, but reserve 1 tablespoon each of buckwheat and cranberries.
- Pour into a lightly greased 19cm x 29cm lamington slice tin. Sprinkle with reserved buckwheat and cranberries.
- Place into refrigerator to set. Cut into bite size pieces. Makes 40.
