Ingredients
- 2 Weet-Bix™, roughly crushed
 - 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond Milk Unsweetened
 - 150 g low fat Greek yoghurt
 - 1/2 cup sliced fresh peach, or tinned peaches in juice, divided
 - 2 tsp toasted nuts or seeds
 - 1-2 tsp juice from canned peaches or honey to serve (optional)
 
Method
Step 1
Mash or dice half the peach slices. In a small container or bowl, combine Weet-Bix™, almond milk, and diced peaches, to form the base.Step 2
Spread yoghurt on top of the base.Step 3
Top with remaining peaches, and sprinkle with toasted nuts and seeds.Step 4
Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hrs, or overnight.
