Ingredients
- 2 Weet-Bix™, roughly crushed
- 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
- 150 g low fat yoghurt
- 1/2 cup diced frozen or fresh mango
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Method
- In a small container or bowl, combine Weet-Bix and almond milk to form the base.
- Spread yoghurt on top of the base.
- Top with mango and sprinkle with coconut.
- Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hrs, or overnight.
