Mango Coconut Overnight Weet-Bix

Weet-Bix plus mango equals sunshine in a bowl, what a way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 Weet-Bix™, roughly crushed
  • 1/3 cup So Good™ Almond Coconut Milk Unsweetened
  • 150 g low fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup diced frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 tsp desiccated coconut

Method

  1. In a small container or bowl, combine Weet-Bix and almond milk to form the base.
  2. Spread yoghurt on top of the base.
  3. Top with mango and sprinkle with coconut.
  4. Place in the fridge for 2 - 3 hrs, or overnight.

Tips

If preferred, mash mango with a fork before spooning over yoghurt.
